Wheat, Rye, Spelt, Barley, Oats, Millet, Corn (Maize), Rice, Buckwheat, Beans, Peas, Quinoa, Amaranth, Sorghum, etc.

WHAT SPICES CAN BE MILLED?
Coriander, Fennel, Cloves, Fenugreek, Caraway, All Spice (pimento or Jamaican Pepper), Pepper Corn, Mustard Seed on coarse setting, Dill, Nigella (Black Cummin), the seeds of Green/White/Black Cardamon, etc.

WHAT SEEDS & NUTS CAN BE MILLED?
Linseed (flax), sunflower, chia, etc. These can be milled 100% in small batches, or mixed with hard dry items up to 50% on finer settings.

CAN A MIX OF ITEMS BE MILLED?
Make your own custom mix of any suitable items. Any mix of hard/dry items, with or without oily/damp items, and mill them through together.
