Schnitzer VARIO Wooden Hopper (WD)

The VARIO is both mill and flaker (oat roller) - a "two-in-one" solution in a beautifully compact solid beechwood housing, suited to those wanting electric stone grinding for grains and spices with the convenience of electric flaking.... all in the one deluxe unit.
The Vario is easy to use and clean, the single large hopper at the top feeding both mill and flaker with a simple twist. The high quality parallel 45mm stainless flaking rollers will press oats to medium-fine. The time proven self sharpening 90mm corundum stone mill-work offers adjustable milling from fine to coarse, producing fine flours for bread and baking, right through to coarsely cracked grains for muesli and baking.
Flaking is for Oat Groats (kernels), regular and pre-softened grains, and can be operated up to 8 minutes per hour. The milling stones are self sharpening, designed for long life and continued low temperature fine flour output. The motor is a 360W brushless direct drive induction design.
WD model features a solid beechwood hopper to match the housing.
