The information and images contained in this web site are solely to inform users of this web site and cannot guarantee product usefulness or otherwise.

Order Processing – Approved Credit Card payment orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. Invoiced EFT & Deposit payment orders are normally processed within 2 working days of full payment clearance to the Skippy Grain Mills bank account. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or modify any paid or un-paid order, at our sole discretion, without prior notification or explanation, at any time during the order and fulfillment process.
Dispatch – dispatch is normally within 1-3 working days from full payment clearance.
Delivery – Every order is processed for Australia POST delivery according to the postage option selected by you at checkout. The delivery address nominated in the checkout form must be a street address in attendance by an authorised person to sign for the goods during business hours, or a PO Box for signed receipt of goods in the POST shop. Semi-Commercial products are shipped with Insured Startrack Express, per charges listed on the Tax Invoice. All Skippy Grain Mills responsibility ends once the goods are picked up by a courier or any person, or leave our warehouse or our possession. There may be extra charges due to your action or inaction regarding delivery details and your availability to receive and sign for delivery. Ownership of goods transfers only when goods are paid in full including any extra delivery charges incurred.
Returns & Refunds – In line with Australian retail laws, we have a no-return policy. If the product is faulty, factory damaged or is an incorrect order fulfillment, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery receipt before returning any product. If we agree there is a valid case for a return, we will give written approval by email. Any goods returned without written approval are not obliged to be processed. If the goods are returned with a return approval, in their original condition, inspected and assessed to qualify, either a replacement or a refund to the proportional value, limited to the single order value amount including return freight costs will be made. Compensation on returned goods damaged in transit from mishandling or loss, are the sole responsibility of the associated courier company chosen by the customer and must be sought by the customer directly. If the goods are approved for return due to incorrect customer ordering, we reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee, plus any damages or missing product at cost.
Stock – Whilst every effort is made to keep stock of all items and update website stock level data, we cannot guarantee that stock will be available or display correctly on product pages. Due to high demand or large orders, items may become out of stock before or during the ordering process whilst still showing “In Stock” on the website. If this is the case, we will notify you ASAP regarding back-order or refund.
Online Accounts & Payment Gateway – Via an ANZ Bank Merchant facility, we use the services of the VISA Cybersource Payment Gateway for online Visa and MasterCard payments. By selecting the credit card payment option at checkout, you must then select to be redirected to the ANZ Cybersource payment gateway.
