Description
The El Flocko Grande is a small semi-commercial electric flaker, designed for rolling fresh oats in commercial cafes, kitchens and hotels – it is not approved for use in domestic applications in Australia.
The stainless steel rollers will press ~80 flakes per minute with the 120W motor. The rollers are an adjustable, interlocked parallel design, ensuring long term operation and maintenance. This setup is far better than conical flaking rollers found in some other brands. The operation is quiet and reliable, able to steadily make a quantity of flakes over only a few minutes.
With no intermediate electric flakers available, this little flaker meets the semi-commercial demand very well.
