Description
May we introduce: Kornelia – our youngest Grain Mill in Salzburg!
The name “Kornelia” was carefully chosen to reflect the essence and soul of this mill.
Kornelia stands for the value and versatility of the grains that can be processed with this mill.
Our masterpiece in hand milling is a tribute to nature and the simplicity of traditional milling.
Turning the crank and watching the flour flow into the bowl becomes a special moment that connects you with nature and gives you the knowledge that you are creating something sustainable and healthy for yourself and your family.
High-quality material: The housing is made from sustainably grown, solid alder wood in Upper Austria.
The centrepiece is the completely natural granite grinding stone, which ensures consistent, fine flour.
The optimum size of the grinding stones was developed in more than two years of testing. Easy to use : Thanks to its ergonomic design and smooth-running crank handle, Kornelia is particularly user-friendly and perfect for everyday use. Versatility : Grains such as wheat, spelt, rye, einkorn and many more inspire you with fresh flour for new baking creations. Impressive grinding performance: Thanks to the precise grinding of the millstones, Kornelia delivers up to 70 grams of fine bread flour per minute. Kornelia – is the clever hand mill whose hidden secret – “a bowl-in-bowl system” – is protected by utility model protection.
When grinding different types of grain, it is not necessary to release the clamps on the collecting bowl to empty it.
No, the grinding chamber opens in a matter of seconds and you can remove the integrated bowl, which holds quantities of up to 400 grams.
If you grind larger quantities of up to 1000 grams, the basic collecting bowl holds this amount and is easily emptied thanks to the handle milled into the base.
The grinder is easy to clean and maintenance-free, guaranteeing durability and reliability.
Kornelia, the cozy, bulbous, round mill girl stands for conscious consumption and a return to the roots of grinding.
Almost like hundreds of years ago, with the power of hands and stones, she helps to grind your grain as gently as possible – for your daily bread.
