I purchased my PROOFER & SLOW COOKER from Skippy Grain Mills a month ago, and quite frankly, can’t do without it. It is perfect for maintaining a consistent temperature for my sourdough starter and the proofing process for the sourdough bread. The size is perfect for most containers and bowls and folds up for easy storage. I also discovered it is perfect for my ginger bug starter. After failing with the ginger bug a few times, I decided to use my proofer and I am delighted to say, we are now enjoying homemade ginger beer. I am yet to try the slow cooker. I certainly recommend this product. It is a ‘must have’ for your sourdough, especially during the cooler months.
