With this basic device, you create countless possibilities and, thanks to a large number of Skippy ME Attachments, you have an absolute all-rounder in your kitchen! Various attachments from Messerschmidt & Schnitzer can be connected to the ME Electric  Motor Drive Base System.  Simply choose the right attachment, attach it and enjoy fresh food. Ideal for small and medium-sized quantities.

Also included in the package is a Clock that can be attached to the bayonet connection when your ME motor drive base is not in use.

With the three speed levels, you can easily find the right speed for every application. The operation is particularly safe, because the drive only starts to work when the desired speed level has been confirmed.

ME Electric Drive Base System is integrated into the Messerschmidt product range.  The simple and robust design providing both milling & flaking functions for grains, seeds and hard dry nuts.

The ME Steel Cone Mill uses precision conical steel burs to produce a wide range of outputs. The front-adjustment allows from very fine to coarse milling of all the regular grains for fresh flours, plus the ability to do fresh seed meals & coffee. Conical designs are better than flat-plate grinders, producing finer outputs. The auger that drives the product forward to the milling head is long, deep veined and positive. The hopper holds up to 900g. Cleaning, if required, is simple and easy with hand only assembly.

The ME Flaker makes easy work of pressing whole oat kernels into freshly rolled oats. The pressing is preset to medium. The hopper holds up to 900g of oat kernels.

The Schnitzer Stone Mill attachment uses the same Naxos Basalt-in-Magnesite stones as found in the Country & Campo hand mills, and like all stone grinders, makes finer flours from regular grains than steel grinders. This is an economical solution for those wanting fine stone milling, particularly with the option of including the ME flaker and the ME Steel Cone Mill.

The body of these attachments is made from very strong food-grade plastic, proven to withstand thousands of eager students at Ag shows over the years. The HEX drive insert on the Drive Base could also be custom adapted for alternate powered sources.
