We love our Hawos BILLY 2 – 600 Watt mill! We had a Hawos Billy 1 for 15 years and just love the products we make with the flour: bread, pizza, muffins, pasta. Don’t know how people eat food not made with wholemeal stoneground flour! When the time came to replace the stones we had a great conversation with Skippy Mills about how much we use the mill (a LOT!) and we decided to upgrade to the bigger motor. I was particularly impressed with the customer service from Skippy mills. They were supportive and informative. We look forward to another 15 years with this mill and when it’s time to replace the stones we’ll keep the mill and do that.
